By accessing or using PF Creative AI Studio ("PF"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities under your account are your responsibility
• You agree not to misuse the service or infringe on the rights of others

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create or submit through PF. By using our service, you grant PF a limited, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features and subscriptions are billed according to the pricing displayed on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service
• Uploading content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Automated scraping, data mining, or bot usage without express permission
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Using the service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the PF platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of PF Creative AI Studio.

7. Disclaimers

PF is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PF Creative AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PF at any time if you violate these Terms, for security reasons, or for technical or legal reasons. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
